15 Foot Spool - Solder will not adhere to glass so you need to prep the edges of your piece with Copper foil.
- This copper foil is designed especially for small jewelry pieces.
- It comes packaged in a protective spool and is easy to dispense.
- One side of the tape has an acrylic adhesive backing, so it will stay in place as you wrap it.
- This copper foil tape is 5/16 inch wide. It will easily wrap around the edge of standard width glass pieces. This width will give you a bit extra, in case you want the freedom to trim the edges, or if you are sandwiching items thicker than paper between the glass.
- Once your copper tape is in place, paint flux on one edge and begin soldering.
- We recommend purchasing an instructional DVD to learn the proper techniques.
