- The extender is a 3 inch length of chain with a closed jump ring on one end and a silver filled heart on the other.
- Use a heavy gauge jump ring to attach the extender to the end of your necklace or bracelet. You can now loop your clasp anywhere along the chain to get the length you want, up to 3 inches.
- Quality: 1/10 Silver-filled, which means that the outer 10% of each item is .925 silver. These items have a brass core. The silver is mechanically bonded to the brass. The result is much thicker than silver plating. This process make the head pins much less expensive than solid sterling silver, and the difference in quality is impossible to see with the naked eye.
- Measurements: The links of the chain measure 5x3mm and are 22 gauge (.025"). The attached heart is 8x6mm. The closed jump ring is 4mm in diameter and is 20 gauge (.032") thick.
