Payments

• We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and money orders or cashier's checks drawn on a U.S. Bank.
  
  
• We are unable to add items to orders that have already been paid for. Once an order is paid for, it goes directly to our shipping department.
  

Shipping

• Shipping Rates
  Shipping rates to within the U.S., to Canada and internationally appear below every item description.
  
  We do combine shipping for multiple purchases. Check item description for rates.
  
  
• Shipping Method
  Your package is usually shipped within two business days of cleared payment.
  
  US shipments are via US Postal Service 1 st Class and Priority, with estimated 2-5 day delivery. You will receive email notification of shipping.
  
  International shipments are via US Postal Service Global Priority or 1st Class Air (please note that while estimated delivery dates are 5-10 days, our experience is that some packages take 3-5 weeks due to customs and the international climate).
  

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• Please contact us within 30 days of purchase to arrange the return of any damaged or defective item. Prior authorization and an RA # is necessary for processing your return. Please contact us to arrange.
  
  
• Items to be exchanged for other items must be returned to us before new items can be sent out, or before refunds can be made. Shipping fees are not refundable unless item is defective.
  
  
• Refunds will be made using the same method as original payment whenever possible, i.e. by one of the three following methods: credit card refund, Paypal refund, or by our company check.
