Enchanted Afternoon Bracelet

A pretty lucite cameo set into a bezel clasp gives this labradorite bracelet a lovely vintage look.

Instructions:
- Place a dab of E6000 glue on the back of a vintage style lucite of cameo and press it into the bezel on a silver plated 2 strand box clasp with bezel. Allow to dry for an hour before continuing.

Cut two lengths of beading wire each about a foot long. Place a silver plated crimp tube onto the end of one wire, and bring it through one of the loops on the cameo side of the clasp. Then bring the end of the wire back through the crimp tube and crimp to secure. Trim the short end off close to the crimp. Repeat with the second piece of wire and the second loop on the clasp.

Decide how long you'd like your bracelet to be and then subtract 1". I made mine 7" long, so I used 6" for this number. String 6" (or your measurement) of 4mm faceted labradorite rondelles onto each strand of wire.

Place another crimp tube after the end of the beads, and then go through one of the loops on the second half of the clasp. Go back through the crimp tube and pull the wire tight, but not too tight or your bracelet won't bend well. Then crimp the tube to secure. Repeat with the second strand and the other loop on the clasp.

Allow the glue to dry for 24 hours before wearing.

Variations
Choose from among the various shapes of box clasps with bezels, and then choose a cabochon and beads to complement. When substituting in items, pay attention to sizes and styles to make sure all your pieces will fit together.

Tip: Check package quantities for each component. You may have extra material to make more than one finished project, or will have leftovers for other projects. In some cases, adding on just one more package of a component may be all you need to make multiple pieces.
