Instructions:
- Cut a piece of Soft Flex beading wire at three inches long. Set aside.
-
Thread a silver jump ring through the hole on the small coin pendant, and close the jump ring.
-
Thread a brass jump ring through the hole on the brass dog tag and close the jump ring.
-
Thread a lava bead onto a headpin, make a simple loop and trim off excess wire. Add a silver jump ring to the loop on that headpin.
-
Secure one end of the beading wire with a bead stopper, and onto the wire thread the following: two desert jasper heishe beads, the small coin pendant, three more jasper heishe beads, the brass dog tag, three more jasper heishe beads, the lava bead drop, and two more heishe beads.
-
Thread a crimp bead onto the end of the wire, but do not crimp it yet.
-
Thread the end of the wire through one of the holes of the flat round textured connector disc, and back through the crimp bead. Crimp the crimp bead, and trim off excess wire on that side.
-
To the other hole of the flat round textured connector disc, add a brass jump ring.
-
Remove the bead stopper from the other end of the wire and add a crimp bead, but don't crimp yet.
-
Thread the wire through a brass jump ring and back through the crimp bead and crimp down.
-
Cut sixteen inches of the faux suede cord and onto it thread the remaining brass and silver jump rings.
-
Thread one end through one of the brass jump rings on your beaded segment, and thread the other end through the other jump ring at the other end of your beaded segment.
-
Bring the ends of your cord back up through the jump rings on the strand, each passing through three jump rings.
-
Pull both ends of the cord until the tips are about one inch away from each other.
-
Tie each end around itself in a simple knot so that you may make the bracelet adjustable by sliding the knots closer or farther away from each other.
Tip: Check package quantities for each component. You may have extra material to make more than one finished project, or will have leftovers for other projects. In some cases, adding on just one more package of a component may be all you need to make multiple pieces.
