Instructions:
- If you would like to see a step by step video tutorial on this project, see this .
-
This project provides enough materials to make two of these bracelets so that they can stack on your wrist. To make the second bracelet, just repeat the directions below.
-
Begin by cutting a 12 inch piece of 22 gauge silver color craft wire. About an inch from the end, create a and trim the excess wire (from the 1 inch part) with flush cutters.
-
String onto your wire: 1 Czech glass 8mm glass teardrop in alexandrite, 1 Czech glass 8mm glass teardrop in light teal. Repeat this pattern going back and forth between the two colors until you have 20 of each color beaded onto your wire. This will make for a 7" bracelet. If your wrist is a little wider, add a few extra beads at this time.
-
Straighten out the beads so that all the teal beads are on one side and alexandrite on the other side. Push the beads together so they are quite snug. Create another wrapped wire loop at the end and trim off excess wire with flush cutters.
-
Cut an 18 inch length of 26 gauge silver toned craft wire. Starting on one end of your bracelet, wrap the tail end of the 26 gauge wire length 3 times around the base of the wrapped wire loop at the end. Now review the video tutorial on this bracelet to see how to wrap the wire up and around and in between the glass teardrops. When you get to the other end of the bracelet, wrap the wire 3 times around the base of the wrapped wire loop.
-
a 4mm jump ring and link onto it the hoop at the base of your lobster clasp. Next, link this same jump ring to the wrapped wire loop on one end of your bracelet. Close the jump ring.
-
Open an 8mm jump ring. Link it to the the wrapped wire loop on the opposite end of your bracelet which you just added the clasp to. Close the jump ring.
-
The final step it to take your bracelet and shape the wire so that it is a round shape, mimicking your wrist. Once this is done, you are all finished.

Tip: Check package quantities for each component. You may have extra material to make more than one finished project, or will have leftovers for other projects. In some cases, adding on just one more package of a component may be all you need to make multiple pieces.
