The Amber Bracelet

A wonderful Lillypilly copper sheet with a mottled patina has been laid on top of a brass cuff for this project. The resulting design looks like inlaid wood and features nice clean lines and an modern elegant feel.

Instructions:
Note: you will also need a ruler, pen, and several rubber bands or hair bands for this project.
- To start this project, please watch the video: How to Cover a Brass Cuff in Lillypilly Copper Sheets.

From what you learned in the video, measure and cut your Lillypilly rectangle so that it is 1 5/8" wide.

Now adhere your copper sheet to your brass cuff using E6000 glue as shown in the video.

Place the bands over the cuff to hold the copper sheet in place. Let dry.

Remove the bands and trim your copper ends as need be as shown in the video.

All done!

Variations
Choose from a variety of brass cuff widths and Lillypilly copper sheets to complete this project.
When substituting in items, pay attention to sizes and styles to make sure all your pieces will fit together.
