The Megan Cuff in Pink
Project B654 Designer: Julie Bean
This cuff was named for Beadaholique designer Megan Milliken because it is just her style! The lucite rose cameos look molded onto the cuff and the shiny Vintaj Patina paint adds a polished professional look to the design.

Instructions:
Note: You will also need a paint brush for this project. Make sure to wash your paint brush out with water between coats.
- To start this project, glue each lucite rose cabochon to your cuff bracelet by placing some E6000 glue on the backside of the cabochon, flipping it over, and pressing it into place on the cuff. For the first one, place it so that its edge is approximately 1/8" from the edge of the cuff. Glue one and let it dry in an upright position. Next, glue another one right next to the first one and then let it dry in an upright position. Do this until you have 7 roses glued onto your cuff. Let these all dry fully before proceeding to the next step.
-
Mix up 1 part Vintaj Ruby Patina to 3 parts Vintaj Sealer Glaze. Paint this over your flowers, making sure to get into all the crevices. You want the undertone of the blue to show through, just not the actual bright blue itself. Also paint the exposed brass topside of the cuff as well. Let dry. Go back and paint another coat over just the area that was exposed brass, not the flowers. Let dry.
-
Paint 2 coats of Vintaj Ruby Patina over the backside and edges of the cuff. Let dry.

So easy yet oh-so pretty!

Tip: Check package quantities for each component. You may have extra material to make more than one finished project, or will have leftovers for other projects. In some cases, adding on just one more package of a component may be all you need to make multiple pieces.
