A lovely and large ornate key with a striking glass cabochon makes up this beautiful key ring. Imagine how impressive it would be to put a guest key on the ring and hand to a loved one.

What You'll Need

Instructions:
- Using a toothpick or small piece of wire as an applicator, spread some E6000 glue on the flat backside of the amethyst cabochon. Turn over and place into the bezel setting of the large Patera key. Let dry.

Open your large silver plated jump ring and link it through the hole at the top of the Patera key and also around the side of the key ring. Close the jump ring back up.

Variations
You can make this pretty key ring in gold or copper - just make sure to order all your components in the same metal color.
When substituting in items, pay attention to sizes and styles to make sure all your pieces will fit together.
Tip: Check package quantities for each component. You may have extra material to make more than one finished project, or will have leftovers for other projects. In some cases, adding on just one more package of a component may be all you need to make multiple pieces.
