Remember to double these instructions to create your matched pair of earrings.
- Watch the instructional video: How to Weave a Basic Beaded Bezel. Follow the instructions in the video to weave a beaded bezel around a 16mm crystal rivoli using round 11/0 seed beads in metallic amethyst gunmetal for the main part of the bezel. Your tubular peyote ring needs to contain 36 beads per round. Weave three rows.

Then switch to round 15/0 seed beads in silver lined gray and complete two rows. Switch to round 15/0 seed beads in silver lined frosted crystal and complete one row.

Weave through to the first row of 11/0 seed beads. Place the rivoli into the bezel with the front against the side with the rows of 15/0 beads.

Using the silver lined gray beads, complete two rows. Weave through to the middle row of 11/0 beads.

Then watch the instructional video: How to Embellish a Beaded Bezel for the Evening Star Necklace. Follow the steps in the video to complete the embellishments for your bezel using the silver lined gray and frosted crystal 15/0 seed beads, the amethyst 11/0 seed beads, and 11/0 delica beads in galvanized silver frost. Tie off and weave in your threads.

Open a 4mm, 22 gauge silver plated jump ring. Carefully pull the jump ring through one of the amethyst beads in the last row on the back side of your bezel, using one of the teal beads that's behind a bicone bead. Close the jump ring. Do not try to fit a jump ring thicker than 22 gauge through the beads, as it may break the bead.

Open a silver plated 36mm kidney earring hook and hang the jump ring from the earring hook, settling it into the dip at the bottom.

Variations
Choose a rivoli and beads to suit your tastes and give these earrings a different feel. When substituting in items, pay attention to sizes and styles to make sure all your pieces will fit together.
