Instructions:
- Don't forget to double all of the instructions to make both earrings! Onto a headpin thread a daisy spacer, a small wooden cog, a medium-sized silver cog, and a large brass cog. Thread this headpin through the smallest hole in the brass filigree stamping close to the pointed side (the third hole down from the pointed tip).
-
Thread another daisy spacer onto the headpin and trim the headpin to roughly half an inch long. Using a pair of round nose pliers, curl the headpin into a tight spiral until it touches the back of the stamping, and everything fits snugly.
-
Open one of the larger jump rings and thread it through the edge of the large brass cog, and through the hole in the point of the filigree. Close the jump ring.
-
Open a small brass jump ring and thread it through both the larger jump ring and the loop on the earring hook. Close the jump ring once more.

Tip: Check package quantities for each component. You may have extra material to make more than one finished project, or will have leftovers for other projects. In some cases, adding on just one more package of a component may be all you need to make multiple pieces.
