Instructions:

Bend one of the small filigree pieces (FCO-516) in half around the 5 mm wide part of the Wubber bail making pliers (XTL-0031).

Take the filigree piece and hook it through the smaller "Jet" oval crystal (SWC-9872).

Using your nylon pliers (XTL-6020), pinch the top of the filigree until the two holes are almost touching.

Loop the open oval jump ring(FJR-3957) through the 2 small holes on the top of the filigree.

Now loop the jump ring through the earring post hole (FEA-1503) and then close. Repeat the previous steps to make the other earring.

Tip: Check package quantities for each component. You may have extra material to make more than one finished project, or will have leftovers for other projects. In some cases, adding on just one more package of a component may be all you need to make multiple pieces.
