Instructions:
- Start by flattening all 16 jump rings (FJR-2052) with a 1 pound brass hammer (XTL-0248) on top of a 4x4 steel bench block (XTL-6092). Set aside.
-
Cut two pieces of 16 gauge wire (WNT-1633) 1 and 1/2 inches in length each.
-
With the widest part of a pair of round nose pliers bend each of the 1 and 1/2 pieces of wire in half. Now curl the two ends of the wire in a loop, bending the wire away from each other (see photo) using your round nose pliers.
-
Hammer the wire flat that you just made using your 1 pound brass hammer and bench block like you did with the jump rings. You may need to curl in the loops in again after you hammer the wire.
-
Next, (SWC-4346) using the 22 gauge wire (WNT-2233). Set aside.
-
Open the 3 mm jump ring (FJR-5230). Link the jump ring onto the wrapped briolette. Close jump ring. Repeat for the other briolette.
-
Open one of the larger jump rings you flattened earlier. Link the jump ring onto the 3mm jump ring you attached to the briolette earlier. Close jump ring. Repeat for the other 3mm jump ring and briolette.
-
Open another large jump ring. Link the jump ring onto the bottom part of the looped wire you made earlier and the large jump ring with the briolette. Close the jump ring. Repeat with another jump ring. You will have two jump rings attached to the bottom of the looped wire and the briolette (see photo).
-
Open another large jump ring. Link the jump ring onto one of the loops of the looped wire you made earlier (see photo). Close the jump ring. Repeat until you have two jump rings on both of the loops of the wire (see photo).
-
Open another large jump ring. Link the jump ring onto all 4 jump rings you just attached (see photo). Close jump ring.
-
Open the loop at the bottom of the leverback earring (FEA-6013). Link the top jump ring of the finished earring piece onto the open loop of the leverback earring. Close loop. Repeat for the other earring. Youre finished!

Tip: Check package quantities for each component. You may have extra material to make more than one finished project, or will have leftovers for other projects. In some cases, adding on just one more package of a component may be all you need to make multiple pieces.
