Instructions:
-
Begin by cutting a 12 inch length of Soft Flex Extreme beading wire in 24k gold. Place a bead stopper on one end.
-
String onto your beading wire:
- 1 Swarovski crystal 4mm bicone bead in dark indigo
- 1 Toho 11/0 seed bead in gold lined rainbow peridot
- another bicone
- another seed bead
Repeat pattern until you have a total of 6 Swarovski bicones with seed beads between them strung onto your beading wire. Next, string on 1 Swarovski crystal 8mm bicone pendant in khaki. Repeat the same sequence of 4mm bicone beads and seed beads on the other side of your bicone pendant.
-
String on another Swarovski crystal 8mm bicone pendant in khaki.
-
Remove your bead stopper from the end you started on. Slide all your beads so they rest in the middle of the beading wire and you are holding a beading wire tail in each hand. Take the end which you just removed the bead stopper from and pass it through the 8mm bicone you strung in the previous step, in the opposite direction of the other end of beading wire. The two ends of the beading wire will criss-cross within the bicone pendant. Pull snug to form a loop.
-
Now pass each beading wire tail through the adjacent 4mm bicone on their respective sides of the 8mm pendant.
-
String onto each beading wire tail: 1 Toho 11/0 seed bead in gold lined rainbow peridot, 1 Swarovski crystal 4mm bicone bead in dark indigo, another seed bead, another bicone bead, another seed bead, another bicone bead, and another seed bead.
-
Onto one of the beading wire tails, string a 1.5mm gold plated crimp tube.
-
Take the tail which does not have the crimp tube on it and pass the end through the crimp tube in the opposite direction, making the two ends of beading wire criss-cross within the crimp tube. Pull snug to form a loop.
-
Now pass each beading wire tail through the seed bead and bicone adjacent to the crimp tube (on each side).
-
Pull snug and crimp the . Cut off excess beading wire with flush cutters.
-
Open the loop at the base of your earring hook (the same way you would open a jump ring and link it around the crimped crimp tube. Close the loop back up.
-
Enjoy your new earrings!

Variations
The possibilities are endless with this design of earrings. Add more beads to make the loops larger, change the color, or even add a third of forth loop. Have fun playing!
When substituting in items, pay attention to sizes and styles to make sure all your pieces will fit together.
Tip: Check package quantities for each component. You may have extra material to make more than one finished project, or will have leftovers for other projects. In some cases, adding on just one more package of a component may be all you need to make multiple pieces.
