Victorian Wreath Earrings

A quick and easy bead weaving project is the focal point of these pretty earrings. The flower shaped wreath
compliments the flower themed ornate brass filigree connector link well and provides an elegant and
cohesive feel to the set.

Instructions:
NOTE: You will also need a single seed bead different from the ones you are using in this project to act as a stop bead. This bead will hold your thread in place and will be removed at the end of making the wreath.
- Remember to double all the directions below to make your matched pair of earrings.

Cut a 3 foot length of Wildfire beading thread. Thread a size 10 needle onto one end of the thread. Following what you learned in the video, make a flower shaped wreath using 6 Czech fire polished glass 3mm beads in round matte metallic, 6 Czech fire polished glass 4mm round beads in purple iris, and Miyuki Delica 10/0 seed beads in matte metallic green/pink.

When you have finished the wreath, please tie off your thread and remove your stop bead as shown in the video: How to Tie Off and Add New Thread in Bead Weaving.

Open a jump ring and connect it through one of the "petals" on your flower shaped wreath and the loop on one end of your antique brass ornate flower connector link. Close the jump ring.

Take your Vintaj arched ear wire and open the clasp in the back - slide the top loop of your ornate brass connector link onto the ear wire. Also slide on one Miyuki Delica 10/0 seed bead in matte metallic pink/green.

Variations
Make these using a variety of ornate connector links or various other pretty Czech glass fire polished beads.
When substituting in items, pay attention to sizes and styles to make sure all your pieces will fit together.
Tip: Check package quantities for each component. You may have extra material to make more than one finished project, or will have leftovers for other projects. In some cases, adding on just one more package of a component may be all you need to make multiple pieces.
