Instructions:
Remember to double the directions below to make your matched pair of earrings. You will also need a pencil for this project.
- To make these earrings, first add texture to your 19mm and 25mm copper stamping blanks. You can see how to do this in the video: How to Create a Hammered Texture on Metal Blanks.
-
Turn the 19mm blank over and draw a thin line down the center of it with a pencil. Lay a 20mm silver plated Quick Link on top of the turned over 19mm stamping blank. Where the interior edge of the Quick Link crosses the drawn pencil line, make a small line or dot with your pencil. Do this at the top and the bottom of your your blank (interior). Take your metal hole punch pliers and line them up with one of the dots you just made. Punch. Do this for the second mark you made as well.
-
Repeat the previous step with your 25mm copper stamping blank and 25mm silver plated Quick Link.
-
Open a 7mm silver plated jump ring and link it through the hole at the to of your Swarovski Crystal Rhombus pendant. Also link onto this jump ring your 19mm Quick Link and your 19mm copper blank which is now hole punched and textured. Close the jump ring.
-
Open another 7mm jump ring and link it through the hole at the top of your 19mm stamping blank and the Quick Link. Also link onto it your 25mm copper blank that is hole punched and textured and your 25mm Quick Link. Make sure both of the "textured" sides of your blanks are facing the same direction and the Quick links lay on top of them. Close the jump ring.
-
Open another 7mm jump ring and link it through the hole at the top of your 25mm stamping blank and the Quick Link. Close the jump ring.
-
Open a final 7mm jump ring and link it to the jump ring you just connected as well as the loop at the base of your copper earring hook. Close the jump ring.
-
All done! Enjoy!

Variations
Make this same pattern but with different metals and Swarovski Crystals for a variation on this easy project.
When substituting in items, pay attention to sizes and styles to make sure all your pieces will fit together.
Keywords: stamping blanks, metal blanks, copper earrings, geometric
Tip: Check package quantities for each component. You may have extra material to make more than one finished project, or will have leftovers for other projects. In some cases, adding on just one more package of a component may be all you need to make multiple pieces.
