Instructions:
Don't forget to double these instructions to make your matched pair of earrings!
- Begin by cutting a length of chain which is 11 links long (count the center chain links, not the circle charms).
-
Next, please watch the tutorial video: How to Use Circle Charm Chain and Crystal Clay to Make Earrings.
-
Use the information from the video to mix up your Crystal Clay, put the little "balls" into the circle charms, and add the chatons. For this project, I just randomly filled some of the circle charms with either pink or purple clay and chatons and left some of them blank. You can fill as many as you like and in whatever order you like.
-
Let your finished piece cure overnight. It helps to suspend it from a fixed object above your table so that the clay does not stick to itself or other parts of the chain.
-
Open the small loop at the base of your earring hook and link it to the top chain link of the dangle you created. Close this loop back up.
-
All done! Enjoy your pretty new earrings.

Variations
Try using different colors of Crystal Clay with matching chatons. When substituting in items, pay attention to sizes and styles to make sure all your pieces will fit together.

Tip: Check package quantities for each component. You may have extra material to make more than one finished project, or will have leftovers for other projects. In some cases, adding on just one more package of a component may be all you need to make multiple pieces.
