Tango Earrings
Project E700 [Skill Level: Intermediate]

You will feel like dancing when you wear these vibrant earrings. The saturated colors contrast beautifully against the dark Vintaj Arte Metal filigree and the small 3mm SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS bicones add just a hint of sparkle to the design.

Instructions:
Don't forget to double these instructions to make your matched pair of earrings.
- To begin this project, please watch the video: How to Make Wire Loops Correctly. Please also look now at the photos for the placement of the loops you are going to be making in the following steps.

Place onto a head pin 1 SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS 3mm bicone in fuchsia and 1 Czech fire polished 4mm round bead in mustard yellow. Start to create a wrapped wire loop but before you do the wrappings, slip the loop onto the Vintaj Arte Metal filigree at a spot shown in the photo. Complete the wrappings, snip off excess wire with flush cutters, and press any sharp end into the wrappings with chain nose pliers.

Repeat the above step 7 more times, attaching the dangles as seen in the photos.

Place onto a head pin 1 SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS 3mm bicone in fuchsia and 1 SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS crystal round faux 4mm pearl in jade. Start to create a wrapped wire loop but before you do the wrappings, slip the loop onto the Vintaj Arte Metal filigree at a spot shown in the photo. Complete the wrappings, snip off excess wire with flush cutters, and press any sharp end into the wrappings with chain nose pliers.

All your dangles are now attached!

Please look at the photo and use small dabs of E6000 glue to affix 3 flatback SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS pearl cabochons to the Vintaj filigree.

Place 1 SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS crystal round faux 4mm pearl in jade onto the straight wire stem of one black finish niobium unfinished earring hook. Finish the earring hook as seen in the video here.

Open the small loop you just made at the base of your earring hook and connect it to the top of your Vintaj filigree. Close the loop.

Variations
Try using different colored beads to vary this earring pattern. When substituting in items, pay attention to sizes and styles to make sure all your pieces will fit together.

Tip: Check package quantities for each component. You may have extra material to make more than one finished project, or will have leftovers for other projects. In some cases, adding on just one more package of a component may be all you need to make multiple pieces.
