Versailles Earrings

These elegant earrings look like they belonged to a woman at the court of the royal palace of Versailles, outside of Paris. They have an old-world beauty to them and the gold, silver, and brass color combination is simply stunning!

Don't forget to double these instructions to make your matched pair of earrings! You will also need a paint brush for this project.
- Please begin by watching the video: How to Make an Earring with a Beadable Earring Finding with Loops.

Based upon what you learned in the video above, bead your earring finding using 2 feet of thread and 17 silver lined frosted black diamond size 11/0 Toho seed beads.

Please look at the photo and paint your Vintaj filigree using Victorian Gold and Nouveau Silver Vintaj Metallic Patinas. Let dry.

Open a 4mm jump ring and link it to the top hole of your filigree. Close the jump ring. Open another jump ring and connect it to the previous jump ring as well as the bottom loop of your beaded earring. Close the jump ring.

Variations
Choose other filigrees for a variation on this design. When substituting in items, pay attention to sizes and styles to make sure all your pieces will fit together.
