Instructions:
This necklace is designed with a shorter chain length so that the heart pendant hangs higher on the neck and to keep the heart from moving around too much. If you'd like a longer necklace, purchase additional chain and cut your pieces longer, but keep in mind that the heart may move around more.
- Begin by cutting two 14" lengths from your piece of sterling silver 1.3 mm fine flat cable chain.
-
Thread one piece of chain through the hole in the 17 mm rosaline Swarovski Miss U Heart pendant, pulling it through until the ends are even. Make sure the chain isn't twisted, and join the two end links using one of the 2.5 mm jump rings. Repeat this process with the second piece of chain.
-
Attach the lobster clasp to the small jump ring connecting the chains on one side of the necklace and attach the 4 mm jump ring to the small jump ring on the other side of the necklace.

Variations
Use an antique silver plated chain for a different finish with a darker colored or larger heart pendant.
When substituting in items, pay attention to sizes and styles to make sure all your pieces will fit together.
Tip: Check package quantities for each component. You may have extra material to make more than one finished project, or will have leftovers for other projects. In some cases, adding on just one more package of a component may be all you need to make multiple pieces.
