Braided Chains Necklace

Three colors of snake chain are braided together in this amazingly quick and easy necklace. You can even take it apart and put it back together again if you want to use the necklaces singly.

What You'll Need

Instructions:
- Open the jump ring that comes on the oval pave magnetic clasp and replace it with a 22k gold plated 5mm, 21 gauge jump ring.

Use the spring rings on your 22k gold plated, gun metal plated, and silver plated snake chain necklaces to attach them to the new jump ring.

Braid the three necklaces together loosely down the length.

At the end of the braid, place the ends of the three necklaces onto the lobster clasp on the end of the magnetic clasp.

Variations
Use a different type of finished chain necklace to give your braid a whole new look.
When substituting in items, pay attention to sizes and styles to make sure all your pieces will fit together.

Tip: Check package quantities for each component. You may have extra material to make more than one finished project, or will have leftovers for other projects. In some cases, adding on just one more package of a component may be all you need to make multiple pieces.
