Unconditional Love Necklace

Show your romantic side with this pretty necklace featuring a Green Girl Studios pewter link that says "Love" on the front and has a pretty swirl design on the back. Crystal heart pendants dangle below the link in a splash of sparkle.

Instructions:
- Cut lengths of matte black oxidized rolo chain 1", 1.25", 1.5", 1.75", and 2" long. Cut another piece 18" long and set that aside.

Place a 6mm, 18 gauge stainless steel jump ring into one end of each of the short pieces of chain. It may be tricky to get the jump ring into the chain link, but it does fit. If necessary, very gently squeeze the last link with chain nose pliers to flatten it just ever so slightly and the jump ring will fit better.

Hang a 10mm crystal heart pendant from each of the short chains using the inserted jump rings. Alternate between the crystal color and the antique pink color, however you like.

Place the free ends of all 5 short chains into a new jump ring and close it up. Use another jump ring to attach this ring to the bottom hole of a Green Girl Studios pewter love message link.

Place a jump ring in the top hole of the message link and slide the 18" length of chain through it.

Place a jump ring on one end of the 18" chain, and use another jump ring to attach a 12mm antique silver plated lobster clasp to the other end.

Variations
Choose a different message link and your favorite crystal pendants to change the look of your necklace. When substituting in items, pay attention to sizes and styles to make sure all your pieces will fit together.

Tip: Check package quantities for each component. You may have extra material to make more than one finished project, or will have leftovers for other projects. In some cases, adding on just one more package of a component may be all you need to make multiple pieces.
