Instructions:
- Begin by creating a wrapped wire loop on each teardrop malachite jasper bead. You do this by cutting seven pieces of wire at two inches long each. Insert the wire through the hole in the bead and bend both sides upward. With a pair of chain nose pliers, put a ninety degree bend in one of the wires. Wrap the other side around the bent wire several times. make a simple loop in the base wire and trim off all excess wire. Make all seven drops, and set them aside.
-
Place the large malachite jasper disc in the center of the filigree cross, and place the waterlily stamping on top so that it frames the malachite.
-
Gently fold over the arms of the cross stamping, enclosing both the waterlily stamping and the malachite jasper disc.
-
Open the four jump rings and insert one through each the narrowest parts of the four folded arms on the filigree cross.
-
Cut a piece of chain at two feet long, and another piece at five inches long.
-
With your filigree pendant square in front of you, add one of the bottom jump rings to one end of the five inch chain, and the other bottom jump ring to the other end of the five inch chain.
-
Attach the top two jump rings to either end of the two foot long chain. Close all of your jump rings.
-
Open the loops on all of the malachite drops. Attach one to the middle of the five inch long chain, one to either side of the five inch long chain seven links down from the pendant, one to either side of the two foot long chain fourteen links up from the pendant, and one more on each side fourteen links up from the last pair.
-
Close all loops.
