What You'll Need 1 (1 package) - Sterling Silver Charm / Pendant Large Outline Heart 17mm (PND-1236) 1 (1 package) - Sterling Silver Message Charm Mother Mom 16mm (PND-1278) 1 (1 package) - Sterling Silver Snake Chain 16 in. x 1mm Necklace (CHA-9191) NOTE: Clicking the "Purchase All Supplies" button will order all of the above supplies. Instructions: To create this lovely necklace, simply slide the chain through the jump ring on the heart. Open the jump ring on the "Mom" charm and thread it through the heart charm. Close jump ring one more.
