What You'll Need
|
Instructions:
- Begin by gently folding the scalloped edge of the stamping upward at a ninety degree angle with your chain nose pliers, creating a bezel.
-
Evenly spread a thin layer of E6000 on the back of the glass cabochon and firmly press it into the stamping bezel. Wipe off any excess glue, and set aside to dry for a few hours.
-
Once it is dry, press the edge of the bezel gently but firmly around the cabochon by rolling the edge against a hard and smooth surface, such as that of a bench block. Take care not to press to hard as to chip or break the glass cabochon.
-
Spread a small amount of E6000 onto the leaf-shaped part of the glue-on bail. Press it firmly onto the back of the pendant at the top. Set aside to dry for a few hours.
-
Finally, thread the chain through the pendant bail and, using a 4mm jump ring, join the two ends of the chain.
