Lemon Cream Necklace/Bracelet

What You'll Need

Instructions:
- Use your Flush Cutters to cut two pieces of wire which are approximately ten inches long each. Secure one end of each piece of wire with a Bead Stopper.

Onto the first length of wire, thread around seven inches of alternating metallic brown iris Czech glass rondelles and lemon quartz beads, beginning and ending with the rondelles. Secure the opposite end with a Bead Stopper and set the strand aside.

Onto the other length of wire, thread approximately four and one quarter inches of alternating seed beads and Swarovski baroque pearls, beginning and ending with the seed beads.

Onto the end of the strand, thread a crimp tube but do not crimp it yet. Thread the end of the wire through the loop on a matte gold lobster clasp, back through the crimp tube and several consecutive beads. Pull the wire to tighten it, but leave some room for the clasp to move. Crimp the crimp tube.

Repeat the previous step on the opposite end of this strand, as well as on both ends of the lemon quartz strand. Trim off all excess wire.

Place a stardust sparkle gold plated crimp bead cover over each of the crimp beads and gently squeeze them shut.

Use your flush cutters to cut four segments of the matte gold chain which are three connected links long each. Set these aside momentarily.

Fold your piece of silk ribbon in half in order to locate the center, and use your Fiskar scissors to cut the ribbon into two equal pieces.

Take one of these ribbon halves and thread one end through all three links of one of the chain segments.

Push the links down the ribbon until the are in the center, and fold the piece of ribbon in half.

Repeat the previous two steps with the other piece of ribbon and another chain segment.

Gather both ends of one of the ribbon lengths and thread both of these ends through another three-link chain segment.

Repeat the previous step with the other piece of ribbon and the last chain segment.

Tie both ends of both pieces of ribbon together in a , leaving about five inches of the ends to drape.

Open two matte gold jump rings. Thread one of these jump rings through all three links of the chain segments in the center of one half of the ribbon.

Thread the other jump ring through all three links of the chain segments in the center of the other half of the ribbon. Close both of these jump rings again.

Connect either one of your necklace inserts/bracelets to the ribbon part of the necklace simply by hooking the lobster clasps at either end of each insert to the jump ring at either end of the ribbon. Wear the bracelets by themselves by hooking the two lobster clasps at each end of a strand together.

Try stringing other bracelet segments with beads of your choosing to use as the central part of this fun necklace!
Tip: Check package quantities for each component. You may have extra material to make more than one finished project, or will have leftovers for other projects. In some cases, adding on just one more package of a component may be all you need to make multiple pieces.
