Instructions:
- Using a pair of chain nose pliers (XTL-5511) gently pry open the prongs on the antiqued brass bezel, just enough to accommodate the green magnesite cabochon.
-
Place the cabochon into the bezel setting and close the prongs around it. To get a tight fit, you can gently roll the prongs down on a hard, scratch-proof surface, such as a bench block (XTL-6091).
-
Open an antiqued brass jump ring and thread it through the loop at the top of the pendant. Close the jump ring once more.
-
Cut your chain to the desired length, (our necklace is sixteen and a half inches long, but you can make it longer or shorter if you'd like) and thread it through the jump ring at the top of the pendant.
-
Open one half of the figure eight shaped clasp piece the same way you would open a jump ring. Thread this through the last link at one end of the chain. Close the figure eight half of the clasp once more.
-
Open the loop on the hook half of the clasp. Thread this loop through the link at the opposite end of the chain. Close the loop once more, and you're done!

Tip: Check package quantities for each component. You may have extra material to make more than one finished project, or will have leftovers for other projects. In some cases, adding on just one more package of a component may be all you need to make multiple pieces.
