Lavender Dream Necklace

Instructions:

First, make the Peal Dangles. Take 6 headpins. On each headpin (FHP-3217) thread one pearl then make a wire wrapped loop snug against the pearl. You will be making 6 dangles. Trim off excess wire. Set aside.

Now start making the necklace. Cut a 16 and a half inch piece from each of the four ribbons. Squeeze all four ends together with your fingers and use scotch tape to close the ends. Trim off about an 1/8th of an inch of the taped end and place inside the hole of the crimp end with with the loop. Squeeze down center of clasp end with your chain nose pliers. Make sure you squeeze one side and then the other. Flip over a couple of times to reinforce so the silk will not come out.

Tape the other end of the silk ribbon with scotch tape and trim off an 1/8th of an inch. Place this inside the hole of the crimp end with clasp with the hook. Squeeze down the center of clasp with your chain nose pliers. Make sure you squeeze one side and then the other. Flip over and squeeze down a couple of times to reinforce so the silk will not come out.

Finally, it's time to create the pendant. Onto the 5 inch piece of wire ( WSS-22275), thread the cubic zirconium pendant (SPCZ-95) so that it sits in the middle of the wire. Create a wrapped loop with the wire using the . Before you wrap the top loop with the other side of the wire, thread the 6 pearl dangles on. Now link onto the "Dream" ring (PEB-1005). Close the wrap making sure the excess wire is close to the first set of wraps. Trim off excess wire.

Add the large open jump ring (FJR-5310) to the "Dream" ring. Close jump ring.

Slide the silk ribbon through the large jump ring. You are finished.

Tip: Check package quantities for each component. You may have extra material to make more than one finished project, or will have leftovers for other projects. In some cases, adding on just one more package of a component may be all you need to make multiple pieces.
