Instructions:
Note: The finished necklace is approximately 16" long. If you prefer a longer necklace, simply cut longer chain lengths in step 2.
- Start by watching the video on . Following what you learned in the video, cut 3 lengths of copper colored artistic wire, 6 inches long each, and wire wrap each of your three Swarovski briolettes. Cut off excess wire with flush cutters. Set these aside for now.
-
Cut your antique copper plated oval cable chain into the following lengths: 2 segments 7 inches long each and 1 segment which is 9 links long.
-
Cut 3 inches of artistic wire in copper. Create a wrapped wire loop on one end. Thread onto the wire 1 Swarovski crystal 4mm bicone in olivine, 1 8mm antique copper plated ornate filigree round spacer bead, and another Swarovski crystal 4mm bicone in olivine. Create a wrapped wire loop after the last bicone. Cut off excess wire with flush cutters. Make a second one of these segments using another 3 inch cut piece of wire.
-
Cut another 3 inches of artistic wire in copper. Create a wrapped wire loop on one end. Thread onto the wire 1 Swarovski crystal 4mm bicone in olivine, 1 6mm antique copper plated ornate filigree round spacer bead, and another Swarovski crystal 4mm bicone in olivine. Create a wrapped wire loop after the last bicone. Cut off excess wire with flush cutters.
-
We have all our components ready now for our necklace, all we need to do is assemble them with 4mm copper jump rings. To see how to properly open and close jump rings, view the video here.
-
Open a jump ring and link it the end chain link on one of your 7 inch chain lengths. Also link onto that same jump ring the wrapped wire loop from one of the beaded segments you made using bicones and 8mm filigree spacer beads. Close the jump ring. Repeat this step on your other 7 inch chain length.
-
Open another jump ring and attach it to the wrapped wire loop on the other side of the beaded segment you just attached. Also link onto this jump ring 1 of your wire wrapped small briolettes, the chain segment which is 9 links long (via an end link), and the beaded segment with the 6mm ornate filigree spacer bead. Close the jump ring back up.
-
Go to the other side of the 6mm ornate filigree spacer bead you just attached, open and link a jump ring to it. Also link onto that jump ring: the end link of the 9 link long chain segment, the other smaller briolette, and the wrapped wire loop of the remaining 8mm ornate filigree spacer bead segment attached to the 7 inch chain. Close the jump ring.
-
Open another jump ring and link it to the large Swarovski crystal briolette in olivine (which you already wire wrapped) and the 5th link of the 9 link long chain segment. Close the jump ring.
-
Finally, attach the end links of your two 7 inch long chain segments to each side of the bali copper small s-hook clasp using jump rings.

Variations
Choose a different color of Swarovski crystal to change the look of this necklace. Maybe even mix colors so they are not all the same.
When substituting in items, pay attention to sizes and styles to make sure all your pieces will fit together.
Tip: Check package quantities for each component. You may have extra material to make more than one finished project, or will have leftovers for other projects. In some cases, adding on just one more package of a component may be all you need to make multiple pieces.
