Instructions:
NOTE: This project makes for a shorter necklace so that you can use the rest of your SilverSilk length to make a matching bracelet. All you need to purchase is an additional pair of 3 strand pinch end caps (FCR-7032). The instructions would be the same and you can find the project here.
- To make this project, please watch the video: How to Use SilverSilk Pinch End Caps and Make a Bracelet.
-
The video above shows how to make a bracelet, but the exact same technique is used to make the necklace, just braid a longer length. If you do not plan on making a bracelet too, then you can make this necklace quite a bit longer, just keep braiding until you are happy with the necklace length.
-
If you plan on making the bracelet too, then do not pre-cut your SilverSilk, just braid your necklace using the full 2 feet lengths of each color and then use your leftover for the bracelet.

Variations
Mix up your metal colors for a variation on this project. When substituting in items, pay attention to sizes and styles to make sure all your pieces will fit together.

Tip: Check package quantities for each component. You may have extra material to make more than one finished project, or will have leftovers for other projects. In some cases, adding on just one more package of a component may be all you need to make multiple pieces.
