New Orleans Chic Ring
Project R601 Designer: Julie Bean
With the charm of the South, this chic ring is a fun accessory to any outfit. The black filigree reminds one of the wrought-iron balconies along Magazine Street and the pretty blue cabochon looks like a flower
blooming in a window.

Instructions:
- Begin this ring by taking a permanent black Sharpie pen and gently brushing it over the tips of your cabochon petals - use a gentle stroke here. Let dry for a few moments.
-
Using a toothpick or piece of wire as an applicator, place a dab of E6000 on the flat part of your ring. Center on your ring the black enameled filigree stamping and press into the glue.
-
Place another dab of E6000 into the center of black filigree stamping and then center and press your cabochon into it. Let dry in an upright position for several hours.
-
Enjoy your new ring!

Tip: Check package quantities for each component. You may have extra material to make more than one finished project, or will have leftovers for other projects. In some cases, adding on just one more package of a component may be all you need to make multiple pieces.
