Why was my credit card declined?
Often the reason for a card decline is that the billing address information you provided at checkout doesn't match the billing information on file with the credit card company. In this case the card is declined as a security measure by our card processor.

My credit card was declined and yet it appears I was still charged?
The reason why a charge appears (or sometimes multiple charges) is because your card company DID approve the charge with each attempt and your bank held the funds in reserve against your account. However, funds were never actually transferred to us because of the decline by our card processor. Your bank will correct the balance in just a day or two.
