Reduced International Shipping RatesAll of our international shipping rates have been reduced, so everyone saves! Shipping Processing TimesWe ship packages out from Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. We are closed on national holidays. Free Standard shipping orders will be shipped within one to three business days after the order is placed. USPS Priority, USPS Express, UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day air orders received before 12 Noon Pacific Time will be shipped same day; if received after 12 Noon, they will be shipped the following business day. Returns, Refunds & ExchangesPlease contact us within 30 days of purchase to arrange the return of any damaged or defective item. Prior authorization and an RA # are necessary for processing your return. We DO NOT accept returns of cut chain, broken strands, beading kits, books or partial lots of any kind. Returned items must be in re-saleable condition, in original packaging and free from defect. We make every effort to accurately pick and check your order before it leaves our warehouse. If however we have mis-shipped an item please contact us at: service@beadaholique.com We'll arrange to ship you right away and provide a postage label or SASE to return the mis-shipped item.
