Payments
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and money orders or cashier's checks drawn on a U.S. Bank. We do NOT accept personal checks.
Shipping
Shipping Rates
Shipping options and cost are given at checkout before payment is required, but start at only $1.75 for first class mail to any address in the U.S. We charge you only what we are charged to post your package, plus the cost of materials to carefully pack your order.
We recommend that you click on the "checkout now" button at any point while you are ordering to view the shipping total.
Shipping Method
We ship orders Monday - Friday, usually within 24 hours of payment. You will receive an email notification as we ship. US shipments are given three service options at checkout. First class mail, Priority mail and Express mail.
Customers in Canada may choose between First Class mail, Priority mail, or FedEx Priority services.
International customers may choose between First class mail and FedEx Priority services.
Please note: If you choose Fedex delivery, the package will need to be signed for on arrival.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Please contact us within 30 days of purchase to arrange the return of any damaged or defective item. Prior authorization and an RA # are necessary for processing your return. Please contact us by email at: service@beadaholique.com
