- Returned items must be in re-sellable condition, in original packaging and free from defects.

We make every effort to accurately pick and check your order before it leaves our warehouse. If however we have mis-shipped an item please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
We'll arrange to ship you the correct product right away and provide a postage label or SASE to return the mis-shipped item.
