Return Policy
Please contact us within 30 days of purchase to arrange the reutrn of any damaged or defective item. Prior authorization and an RA# (Return Authorization Number) are necessary for processing your return.

Please Note:
- We DO NOT accept returns of earwires, cut chain, broken strands, beading kits, books or partial lots of any kind.
- Returned items must be in re-sellable condition, in original packaging and free from defects.
Did we make an error?
We make every effort to accurately pick and check your order before it leaves our warehouse. If however we have mis-shipped an item please contact us at: service@beadaholique.com
We'll arrange to ship you the correct product right away and provide a postage label or SASE to return the mis-shipped item.
