Beadaholique Beader’s Rewards Program

For purposes of these terms and conditions the Beadaholique Beader’s Rewards Program will be referred to as “the program” or “loyalty program." By participating in the program you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Net purchases will be defined to mean purchases less returns.

IMPORTANT: If you had previously converted some of your points into a gift card, any unused value has been converted back into points and returned to your account.

Who Is Eligible?

Customers will be automatically entered into the program when they create a Beadaholique account. Existing Beadaholique customers have been automatically enrolled with no additional steps necessary.

How Do Reward Points Accrue?

Customers must first create an account to receive points. Upon creating an account, customer will receive 500 Welcome Points (or 250 if during a Points Worth Double promotion) that can be used immediately—unless otherwise stated during a special promotion—toward any purchase. Reward points can also be earned for making a merchandise purchase, referrals, product reviews, and other activities. See our program overview page for full details.

Points cannot be earned on sales tax or shipping but may be used toward the payment of sales tax and shipping. Otherwise customers will be responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes; delivery, processing, and handling fees; and insurance. Points do not accrue when redeeming a gift card for merchandise.

When Are Reward Points Available?

Reward points for making a purchase will be available once your order ships. Cancellations, refunds, and returns will affect your available points.

Reward points for refer-a-friend will be available after your referral makes a qualifying purchase.

Reward points for valid product reviews are awarded every Friday for up to 4 reviews per week. The email address entered when leaving a review must match the email address on your customer account.

Reward points for your birthday will be awarded within 24 hours of the birthdate provided, except in cases where the birthdate is less than 30 days from when it was provided. To prevent abuse of the system, there is a 30-day waiting period after you provide your birthdate. For example:

- It is January 1st. You provide your birthdate as January 4th. You will not receive your birthday points until February 1st, after the 30 day waiting period.

 - It is January 1st. You provide your birthdate as May 20th. You will receive your birthday points on or around May 20th because more than 30 days have already passed since you provided your birthdate.

Unless otherwise stated, reward points for other activities will be available within a few minutes of completion.

How Are Reward Points Redeemed?

Once points have been awarded, they may be redeemed at checkout for a discount on your order. Points may also be redeemed for select products. Points will not be construed to have any redeemable cash value but will be used for the purchase of merchandise on Beadaholique.com only.

When Are Points Forfeited?

Customers will forfeit all accumulated and unused rewards points by not making any purchase, or performing other actions as part of the Rewards Program, within a one year period or when an account is closed.

General Terms & Conditions

Beadaholique reserves the right at its sole discretion to amend, modify, suspend or cancel its loyalty program at any time and in any way. This includes the right to change or discontinue benefits , to adjust the number of points awarded for each dollar in net purchases, or to change the redemption value of points awarded by the program.

Beadaholique reserves the right to revoke points and participation in the program at any time, for reasons including but not limited to fraud or abuse of the program in any way.

Further, by accepting loyalty points, each customer agrees to hold harmless Beadaholique Inc., its officers, employees, representatives, affiliates or agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to any person, arising in whole or part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, use or misuse of the loyalty program or participation in any loyalty program related activity.

No responsibility is assumed for any computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, electronic or internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability, service provider, internet, website accessibility or availability, traffic congestion, or authorized or unauthorized human intervention.

These terms and conditions shall be construed and interpreted under the laws of the State of California.

One of our top priorities is making sure your personal information is safe. Please review our Privacy Policy. By participating in the Beader’s Rewards Program, you are acknowledging that you have both read and accept our privacy policy. You also consent to receive occasional communications regarding your point balance and any promotions related to your points. You may unsubscribe from these mailings anytime using the "Unsubscribe" link found at the bottom of these communications.
