Retired - Bubble Gum Bracelet

1. Using flush cutters, cut a 6 inch length of patterned flat cotton cord.
2. Cut a 2 foot length of Nymo thread. Make an overhand knot at one end and triple-knot it. Thread a size 10 short embroidery needle.
3. Measure 1 inch from the end of the piece of cotton cord, and sew from back to front through the cord (the outer curve of the cord will form the front of your necklace), so the knot is in the back. Use blanket stitch to stitch 11 pom poms along one edge of the cord, adding a pom pom in every other stitch (you can use a mix of your favorite color pom poms from the assortment), stopping 1 inch from the opposite end of the cord. When you finish stitching on your pom poms, sew through to the back of the cord and tie another triple knot to secure the thread. Cut off the extra thread with scissors.
4. Repeat steps 2-3 to stitch another 11 pom poms along the other edge of the cord.
5. Take 1 silver cord end and place a few drops of Super New Glue into the well. Fit one end of the cotton cord into the cord end and hold in place for 30 seconds while the glue bonds. Let the glue dry for several minutes. Repeat this step for the other side of the bracelet.
6. Open a jump ring. Slide it through the loop of one cord end, and also slide on the loop of your clasp. Close the jump ring.
7. Open another jump ring. Slide it through the loop of the other cord end on the other side of the bracelet. Close the jump ring. Enjoy your bracelet!
