Hydrangea Hemp Bracelet

Express your boho side with this macrame hemp bracelet with purple seed beads running down the sides. Great as a single bracelet or as a wrap bracelet too!
Instructions

This bracelet measures approximately 6.5 inches. To modify the length, simply adjust the length woven respectively.
  1. You can see a similar technique for this design in this video here.
  2. Cut two strands of hemp cord; one 3 feet long, one 6 feet. Fold each at their respective centers and tie an overhand knot.
  3. Place the knot into the top center slot of the macrame board.
  4. Make 6 full square knots. Then continue but as you make a square knot string on one bead on the to each outside strand for each 1st half of the square knot.
  5. Keep knotting until you have your desired length with beads. Once you do, finish off with another 6 full square knots without beads. Note that the beaded portion will be the main portion of the bracelet and that the ribbon crimps and clasp will add only 1 inch (from end of ribbon crimp to end of ribbon crimp).
  6. Tie another overhand knot with the ends and remove it from the board.
  7. Add a dab of super new glue over the last few knots. Allow to dry for a few minutes.
  8. Cut off the knotting so only about 1/4 of an inch remain. This will be the section that will fit into the ribbon crimp.
  9. Take one ribbon crimp and crimp it onto one end. Then open one jump ring and attach it to the loop of the ribbon crimp and to one end of the magnetic clasp. Close the jump ring. Move to the other side of this bracelet and repeat.
