This elegant vintage style choker ribbon necklace features an oval cameo suspended with a classic glue on bail for a quick and easy project.
Instructions

The only tool you'll need is a toothpick or scrap of wire.
  1. Using a tooth pick, place a dab of E6000 on to the scored side of the bail.
  2. Then center it on the cabochon and glue it to the back top center.
  3. Allow the glue to dry completely before threading the ribbon though and tying a bow at the back.
