How do I find a specific item on your site?

To use our site's built-in search engine, type the item you're looking for into the search box in the upper right of the page, and a list of related products, projects, and video tutorials will be returned. You can use the search box to find a broad range of products by typing a color, brand or material, or specify the product you're looking for by title or SKU.

Refine your results by clicking on "SHOW FILTER" and selecting an additional attribute from those displayed. Each time a search result is returned you may select an additional filter to further refine your results. The navigation bar at the top of the page allows you to shop by category and sub-category. Or, search by brand to browse products from your favorite manufacturer. Tip: Click on the brand name from any product page to view all items from that brand.

Do you sell wholesale?

Though we are not a wholesale site, Beadaholique offers exclusive sales, flash sales and discounts every week. Consider signing up for our newsletter to be the first to know about these and other current promotions.

Our Beader's Rewards program is another great way to save. You'll earn two points for every dollar you spend to use like cash towards the purchase of any merchandise on our site.

What if I have a resale license?

Please email us a copy of your resale information and we will set your account to non-taxable status. If you have already paid for an order, we'll gladly refund the sales tax.

Do you have a catalog?

No, we do not offer a print catalog.

Do you have a brick and mortar store?

Beadaholique is exclusively an online store. We find that maintaining our online storefront is the best way for us to serve our customers all across the globe, providing a wide array of innovative products at affordable prices.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Sorry, all orders must be placed online. If you need assistance, we are happy to answer all of your product order questions via email at service@beadaholique.com or through Live Chat. More options are available on our Contact Us page.

How do I place an order?

Once you have found the item you wish to purchase simply click the "Add to cart" button. Click on your cart to:

  • Change the quantity of any item in your cart
  • Delete any item in your cart
  • Proceed to checkout

I'm ready to pay, now what?

Click "Checkout" from the cart page. If you've shopped with us before, you can log in to access your saved information and your Reward Points. If you're a new customer, you'll be asked for your contact information, or you can check out as a guest.

My cart emptied out, what happened?

Check your computer's security settings and be certain your browser is set to accept cookies. On most PCs, you can edit your preferences from your browser (Firefox, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.). Click on the "Tools" menu in your browser and select the Privacy tab along the top. Add beadaholique.com to your list of sites that you accept cookies from.

Can I shop for a period of days without losing the contents of my cart?

Yes. Beadaholique has a perpetual cart, meaning that the contents of your cart won't disappear even if you have to. And by logging in you can use another computer to continue your order.

How does the Wishlist work ?

Not quite sure about a specific product yet? No problem! IYou can select "Save to Wishlist" on any product page to save the item for later. It's easy to navigate back to your wishlist (or cart) from the navigation links located at the top of every page. The wishlist function is a great way to look at products next to each other and coordinate elements for a project before you buy. You can even create multiple wishlists with unique names to organize your shopping and project planning.

What forms of payments do you accept ?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal in U.S. dollars. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks or money orders.

Do your gift cards expire?

Beadaholique gift card codes do not have an expiration date.

How do I redeem my gift card?

During checkout, enter your gift card code in the "Gift card or discount code" box and click the "Apply" button.

I have a coupon code and a gift card and/or I have multiple gift cards. How do I apply them all to my order?

Only one discount (coupon) code can be used per order, but multiple gift card codes will be accepted. Enter each code one at a time into the box at checkout and hit the "Apply" button before entering another code.

How do I check the balance on my gift card?

Please email our team at service@beadaholique.com with your gift card details for a balance check.

How do I earn Beader's Reward points?

Earning Beader's Reward points is easy! All customers with an active customer account will earn points with each order. You will earn 2 points for every dollar spent.
