What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Diners Club and JCB). Sorry, we do not accept Visa or MasterCard gift cards, personal checks or money orders.
Is it safe to pay by Credit card on your site?
A Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Certificate is the standard security requirement for e-commerce and other transactions online. An SSL Certificate combines encryption, to protect information as it travels the internet, and identity information about the certificate owner to protect against fraud.
Beadaholique uses a secure server with 256-bit SSL encryption to provide the highest level of security of your personal information.
Why was my credit card declined?
Usually, the reason for a card decline is that the billing address information you provided at checkout doesn't match the billing information on file with the credit card company. In this case, the card is declined as a security measure by our card processor.
My credit card was declined but it looks like I was still charged. What happened?
If a charge appears (or sometimes multiple charges) appears on your statement, your credit card provider did approve the charge with each attempt and your bank held the funds in reserve against your account. However, funds were never actually transferred to us because of the decline by our card processor. Your bank will correct the balance in just a day or two.
Do your gift cards expire?
Beadaholique gift card codes do not have an expiration date.
How do I redeem my gift card?
During checkout, enter your gift card code in the "Gift card or discount code" box and click the "Apply" button.
My gift card isn't being accepted? What do I do?
You may experience an issue trying to use a gift card code that was purchased before August 2019. Please contact us to get this resolved.
I have a coupon code and a gift card and/or I have multiple gift cards. How do I apply them all to my order?
Only one discount (coupon) code can be used per order, but multiple gift card codes will be accepted. Enter each code one at a time into the box at checkout and hit the "Apply" button before entering another code.
How do I check the balance on my gift card?
Please email our team at service@beadaholique.com with your gift card details for a balance check.
How do I use my Reward Points and a discount/coupon code on the same order?
You must be logged in to view and use your Reward Points. After logging in, and before going to the checkout page, click on your gold Beader's Rewards dashboard to redeem your points for a gift card code. You will need at least 100 points to redeem them into a gift code. At checkout, you can enter your new gift code and then any discount code.
You can also redeem your points by using the slider tool (or dropdown menu on mobile) during checkout to select how many points to spend. Note: Your selection will be turned into a discount code. ONLY ONE discount code can be used per order. If you have another discount code you would like to use, redeem your points into a gift card code instead.
